Hi everyone, welcome to the HG World discussion forum. I'm Mike, one of the board's administrators. I'm involved with the show as a member of the cast and production team and am extremely pleased and excited to be a part of the HG World team. I'm currently voicing the parts of Capt. Grant and Manager Jack, and I provide dialog and digital audio services for the show. My family is very involved with the production, my wife voices the part of the Announcer in the prequel, "Heroes of the Zombie Wars", and she will be voicing the part of Ruby in Season 1. My step-daughter Rebecca voices the part of Ronnie and my son Ethan helps me with zombie FX and Foley work. We are all having a blast being a part of this production and have the additional bonus of making friends with fellow cast and production team members from across the country and around the world. I would encourage everyone to try out for a part or volunteer to help with creating and promoting the show. The HG World team is a collection of amazingly talented, warm, friendly and very funny people and you could find a lot worse ways to spend a couple of hours every month! Sign up and join the discussion! Mike

Hi, I'm John Drew. I'm one of the voice actors here. When I'm not lending my voice to this series, I produce a podcast on popular culture called The Chronic Rift. You can learn more about it on our home page - www.chronicrift.com. I am also a high school English teacher. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Hey everyone! My name is Dustin. I'll be voicing David, who has not yet been present on the show, but will be debuting with the October episode.
I'm extremely excited to be a part of this experience. I'm always engaged in some sort of creative project, and 'radio drama' is a whole new medium, bringing with it a whole new set of challenges and rewards.
So far, everyone I have been in contact with has been nice, friendly, funny and understanding. Also, this seems to be a somewhat new experience for a lot of the people involved, and it's really cool to be exploring this avenue of entertainment together.
For those of you showing interest in the first few episodes of Season 0, let me assure you that it is worth sticking around to see what happens next. I've read the first 3 episodes of Season 1, and they sucked me in to the point that I'm impatient to read episode 4!
Looking forward to hearing from fans and fellow players alike.

Hello all, I'm Dan (D.T.) Kelly. Even though my main character, Constable Jeb, hasn't appeared yet I have lent my voice to several minor characters already and I also read the credits. When not doing HG World stuff I can be found in many places around the web. My homepage is www.dtkelly.net and my blog, The Secret Government EGGO Project is at blog.dtkelly.net. I'm also on twitter, www.twitter.com/dtkelly, and I also twitter as Jeb, www.twitter.com/Constable_Jeb.

Evenin' all. I'm just a listener. Heard about the show on the Chronic Rift. Figured I'd give it a go, even though I've never been all that much into horror, and not really into zombies either. So far I'm very much enjoying the series. The characters inhabiting your little corner of the world are extremely memorable; kudos to writers and actors alike. You got me hooked, and I'll be certainly looking forward to the 25th of each month.

Good morning, survivors! I'm Keith R.A. DeCandido, a 40-year-old long-haired hippie lefty weirdo freak with no combat experience who plays the elderly right-wing Vietnam vet Todd Rage. That's why they call it acting, I guess. Anyhow, good to be here, and really enjoying being a part of HG World. When I'm not giving folks in the Algonquin Valley advice on how to survive zombie attacks, I'm a writer and editor, with some 40-odd novels under my belt, as well as short stories, novellas, comic books, and so on -- most of them in the worlds of various media universes ( Star Trek, Farscape, Supernatural, CSI, StarCraft, World of Warcraft, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and more). I also contribute to The Chronic Rift podcast. If you're curious about more, check out my blog at kradical.livejournal.com.

Hi, I'm M
I am a hopeful Voice Actor and fan of many things science fiction. I'm the kind of person that goes to a Con but I'll wear a sport jacket with jeans - I don't dress up - and still get giddy at the sight of fun things Star Trek.
Some of my voice acting can regularly be found at PendantAudio.com, DarkerProjects.com and BrokenSea.com. I've had the privilege to be part of several other groups. I've very exciting to be part of this production!
That's it really, I'm kinda boring =)

Hi, I'm Steve Cox (AKA Steve C, Steve Cain, Hey You, etc.) I'll be playing the part of Mr. Fisher, or Fish in upcoming episodes of season 0. I am excited to be a part of this production, and look forward to contributing as much as I can. I am an avid fan of all things zombie and post-apocalyptic horor, so this production is right up my alley. I have been involved in audio production as a hobby for about 3 years now and I host and produce a podcast called "From The Edge" at fromtheedgepodcast.com. I also co-host "Bear Crawling Nation Live" every Friday night at bearcrawling.com. Besides podcasting and audio production, I am also an amateur musician, a sort of jack of all trades and master of none. In my professional life I am a night shift supervisor at a small town police department in west Tennessee, so I expect to be on the vanguard of the coming zombie apocalypse. I am looking forward to getting to know you all better and working with you on this project!

Hail All, My name is Frank, but you can call me Frankie if you wish . My first role for this company is the part of "Hal" and I'll be playing a different role come season 1. I am new to voice acting, but I am very experienced with live drama, live music, and recorded audio production. I appreciate the opportunity to work with all of you and look forward to some fun times ahead!! I love old radio and movies and was brought up on a heavy dose of "The CBS Radio Mystery Theatre", James Cagney, Roddy McDowell, and Humphrey Bogart. The 2 actors were before my time, but I loved their performances and studied them for years. FSWA

Welcome Frankie! I, too, am new to audio drama (though for me it is both as a participant AND a listener). I've done my fair share of video and writing, but audio has always been one of my creative weak points. So far, being a part of this process has been a great experience; opening new creative outlets, strengthening my weaknesses, and overcoming various uncertainties. Beyond that, it's just been FUN. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have:-)
